Aman has introduced a new Novak Djokovic wellness programme, expanding its growing focus on longevity and performance-led travel experiences. Developed with tennis player Novak Djokovic, the three-night retreat combines physical training, recovery techniques and mindfulness practices, and is now available year-round at five of the brand’s properties.

The launch marks the second phase of Aman’s Longevity Pathways series, a collection of structured wellness programmes designed to help guests improve both physical health and mental wellbeing. The new Novak Djokovic wellness programme builds on a previous retreat held at Amanyara in November 2025, and reflects a broader shift in luxury travel towards expert-led, results-driven experiences.

The programme is designed as a structured three-day reset. It begins with an individual consultation, where practitioners assess each guest’s needs before tailoring activities accordingly. This is followed by movement sessions such as Pilates or strength conditioning, aimed at improving stability and reducing the risk of injury. Later in the day, guests take part in hydrotherapy and treatments including massage, acupuncture or reflexology, which are intended to ease muscle tension and support recovery.

On the second day, the focus shifts to performance and technique. Guests start with breathwork and light movement before taking part in on-court tennis training with a professional coach. Stretching sessions are included to improve flexibility, while thermal experiences such as the brand’s Banya ritual are used to support circulation and immune function.

The final day centres on relaxation and integration. Activities such as pranayama breathing and sound healing are designed to encourage calm and restore energy levels, while additional spa treatments complete the experience. The aim is to leave guests with practical tools they can continue using after they return home.

Djokovic, who joined Aman as a global ambassador and wellness advisor in 2024, has played a central role in shaping the programme. “It has been a true pleasure to develop programmes and retreats that not only enhance participants’ immediate sense of wellbeing but also reflect our shared commitment to longevity,” he says. “Recovery goes beyond physical rest. In this programme we work through my rituals to arm participants with the tools they need to sustain lasting vitality.”

The Novak Djokovic wellness programme is available at five locations: Amanoi in Vietnam, Aman Nai Lert in Bangkok, Amanpuri in Thailand, Amanyara in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and Amanzoe in Greece. Each setting has been selected for its calm environment, which supports the programme’s emphasis on both physical and mental balance.

The launch reflects Aman’s wider strategy to position itself within the growing longevity sector. Rather than offering traditional spa breaks, the brand is focusing on structured, multi-day programmes that combine fitness, recovery and mindfulness. These are designed to appeal to travellers who are looking for measurable health benefits alongside rest and relaxation.

The Novak Djokovic wellness programme also follows the introduction of Aman’s Detoxification Programme, which is already available at several locations worldwide. Together, these initiatives show how high-end hospitality brands are increasingly working with recognised experts to create more specialised experiences.
