August 20, 2026

The Museum of Ice Cream has opened its biggest venue yet, complete with all-you-can-eat ice cream buffet and wedding chapel.

Located in Zone 2 of Area15, an immersive entertainment district close to the Las Vegas Strip, the new Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas has 14 themed installations, including the brand's largest Sprinkle Pool, five slides (one is billed as the longest double helix slide in Las Vegas) and even a chapel for real weddings.

The venue also contains what the company claims is the world's largest all-you-can-eat ice cream buffet (visitors can eat unlimited ice cream as they move through the attraction).Museum of Ice Cream, Las Vegas Museum of Ice Cream, Las Vegas

Apparently, visitors consumed more than 450 gallons of ice cream during opening weekend, equivalent to 19,200 scoops. More than 7,000 ice cream bars and popsicles were also served.

Manish Vora, co-founder and CEO of Museum of Ice Cream, says: "The future of entertainment is about bringing people together through shared experiences that create joy and lasting memories. That's exactly why Las Vegas was the right place for our most ambitious museum yet. This city celebrates imagination, welcomes the world and continues to redefine what's possible in entertainment.

"As the Museum of Ice Cream grows globally, Las Vegas represents not just our largest location, but a bold vision for where our brand is headed and the kinds of experiences we want to create for generations to come."

The Museum of Ice Cream Las Vegas is open Wednesday to Monday from 10am to 10pm and tickets cost from US$42.

Other experiences include access to a secret speakeasy, the world's only ice cream-themed magic show and Ribbon's costume shop for dressing up in more than 100 rentable looks.
