Lufthansa has partnered with acclaimed Japanese artist Sho Shibuya to reimagine its first-class flying experience through a limited-edition loungewear collection.

Known for his colour gradient works that capture the daily metamorphosis of dawn to dusk, Shibuya has translated his art into wearable luxury inspired by views from 35,000 feet.

Copenhagen homewear brand Tekla has been responsible for transforming Shibuya's aerial-inspired artwork into loungewear, crafting each piece from organic cotton satin with a lustrous finish. Lufthansa loungewear
Each set is unique, varying subtly in its pattern and mirroring the ever-changing sky outside the aircraft's windows.

The limited-edition collection will only be available to Allegris First Class passengers on select Munich to New York (JFK) routes in February. making it one of the more intriguing examples of how airlines are elevating the luxury travel experience through artistic collaboration.

The initiative represents the intersection of commercial aviation and contemporary art, suggesting that even in an era of mass travel, there's still room for bespoke, culturally relevant luxury experiences at 35,000 feet.

Four Seasons has also introduced its first sleepwear collection, a range that builds on its Signature Sleep Experience, curated to offer the perfect night’s sleep.

The new collection features sets of pyjamas designed for ultimate comfort and to enhance relaxation as part of people’s nighttime routines.

Priced at US$285, the Four Seasons Pajama Sets are made from ultra-soft 100% oxford sateen cotton twill fabric. Customers can choose an oversized version of the pyjamas with piped trim on the collar, cuffs, and chest pocket embroidered with the Four Seasons logo.
