Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park has unveiled a high-tech sports and entertainment venue featuring interactive golf simulators, football gaming bays and karaoke facilities. Olivia Palamountain reports

The new Teeshot Bar at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park is a one-stop entertainment venue for sports fans that incorporates motion capture systems for golf swing analysis, football gaming stations offering virtual tournaments, skills tests and mini-games.

The venue also includes a private karaoke room with Thai and international tunes, while a central island bar serves craft cocktails and comfort food including pizzas, loaded fries with satay sauce and burgers.

"The opening of Teeshot Bar highlights Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park's dedication to maintaining its position as a top-tier destination by continually enhancing our offerings," says Simon Bell, general manager of the hotel. "In addition to our extensive meeting and event spaces and diverse F&B options, we now offer an entertainment hub within the hotel, complementing our existing amenities such as the 24-hour gym, spa, and swimming pool."

The Teeshot Bar features adjustable smart lighting with fibre optics throughout, multiple screens showing live sports events including football matches, Olympics coverage, cricket world cups and Formula 1 races. A dedicated booth is available for small groups seeking privacy while kicking back to sports events.

The bar caters to various groups including business executives, leisure travellers, families and sports enthusiasts, and can host special occasions such as birthday parties, stag and hen nights, and corporate team-building events.Located with direct access to both the Queen's Park and BTS Phrom Phong station, Teeshot Bar will operate daily from noon until midnight.
