Pelorus has unveiled a spy-themed itinerary that brings the thrills of the latest Mission Impossible film to life, from weapons handling to stunt training. Olivia Palamountain reports
Inspired by the release of Mission Impossible 8 in 2025, Pelorus has unveiled an action-packed travel itinerary that promises to bring the thrill of the iconic spy franchise to life.
Dubbed “The Norway Assignment: Your Mission Awaits“, this bespoke adventure takes place amidst Norway’s most breathtaking landscapes, from the Sunnmøre Alps to the frozen ice fields of Svalbard, including several locations featured in the upcoming film.
The experience offers travellers a unique opportunity to step into the shoes of an IMF agent, complete with their own ‘Mission Expert’ – an ex-Special Forces officer who will guide them through a series of heart-pounding challenges.Participants will have the chance to try their hand at parachuting, supercar racing, and weapons-handling, all under expert supervision.
Adding to the authenticity, the professional stunt team from the Mission Impossible film franchise will be on hand to instruct guests in the art of stunt choreography.Pelorus co-founder, Geordie Mackay-Lewis says: “Pelorus always strives to craft extraordinary travel experiences. From these luxurious accommodations, participants will embark on a series of missions, following clues that lead them to iconic locations from the Mission Impossible series.Travel between locations will be facilitated by helicopters and the expedition yacht, allowing guests to fully appreciate Norway’s magnificent scenery. The Norway Assignment costs from £125,000 per person, based on four adults for nine nights.
