Triplebond wellness club focuses on human connection

July 17, 2026

A new social wellness club called triplebond will open this August at The BoTree hotel in London's Marylebone, bringing together fitness, recovery facilities and social spaces under one roof.

Located within the five-star hotel, which sits where Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho meet, triplebond will be open to both members and hotel guests. The multi-floor venue combines exercise studios, recovery technologies, health diagnostics and rooftop leisure spaces in a single destination, reflecting growing demand for wellness experiences that also encourage social interaction.

One of its most distinctive features is Marylebone's first rooftop pool, surrounded by terraces, bars and communal spaces designed for events and gatherings. The venue also includes a wellness café and a programme of social activities intended to encourage members to spend time together beyond fitness sessions.

The fitness offering centres on The Bassment, a hot studio that hosts classes ranging from high-intensity workouts to strength training, barre, stretching and breathwork. Infrared heating technology is integrated into the studio to warm muscles during sessions, while outside scheduled classes the space will be available for independent exercise.

Other activation facilities include a Fire and Ice Circuit featuring an infrared sauna with photobiomodulation panels, a cold plunge room and guided breathing experiences. A rooftop gym, created in partnership with Technogym, includes the Technogym Checkup assessment system to help new members establish personalised fitness programmes.

Recovery is another major focus of the social wellness club. Facilities include a private Red Light Lounge with a therapy bed designed to support circadian rhythm regulation and reduce inflammation. The space also incorporates AYO light glasses, in-ear circadian synchronisation devices and lymphatic compression therapy as part of a Jet Lag Circuit aimed at travellers recovering from long-haul flights.

Elsewhere, a Lymphatic Lounge developed with Hyperice offers compression therapy in a communal setting, while the Decompress Lounge features zero-gravity massage chairs, weighted blankets, eye masks, sound therapy and vagus nerve stimulation devices designed to encourage relaxation.

Additional recovery facilities include a cryotherapy chamber, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, hydration stations dispensing hydrogenated water and electrolytes, private contrast therapy spaces, an Ice Bath and Red Light Recovery Room and a treatment room for rotating wellness practitioners and visiting specialists.

Members will also have access to a new Health Concierge service created in partnership with Stride. This includes health assessments based on more than 500 biomarkers covering blood testing, DNA profiling, gut microbiome analysis and biological age. Members can then book an online consultation with an integrative health practitioner to review their results and receive personalised wellbeing recommendations.

The wellness concept extends beyond the club itself. Guest rooms at The BoTree will feature wellness-focused minibars stocked with nutritious snacks and recovery products, while visitors will also be able to hire equipment such as compression boots and red light face masks for use in their rooms.

"We're delighted to open triplebond," says Liliana Gutierrez, director of wellness at the club. "This is a completely new social wellness ecosystem, where activation, restoration and connection come together under one roof. Every element has been designed to be both deeply effective and inherently social, integrating cutting-edge, science-backed wellness experiences with vibrant social spaces."

Eva Mount, general manager at The BoTree, says: "triplebond is an incredible new addition to The BoTree. We are creating a destination that reflects how people want to live, travel, and connect today."
