London members’ club brand Maslow’s is opening a new Kensington site focused on blending flexible workspaces with wellbeing programmes and nutrition-led hospitality.

Maslow’s is expanding its London footprint with the launch of Maslow’s Kensington, a new members’ house opening in spring 2026 on High Street Kensington.

The new 2,790 sqm space will occupy the ground and first floors of The Kensington Building and marks the third location for the brand following 1 Warwick in Soho and Mortimer House in Fitzrovia.

Maslow’s positions itself as a hybrid between a private members’ club, workspace and wellbeing hub. The Kensington site will include shared workspaces, private studies for teams of four to 40 people, meeting rooms, collaborative lounges, a members-only café, boutique gym and fitness studio.

Maslow’s says the new house is designed to help members balance productivity with personal wellbeing. Alongside workspace facilities, the site will offer daily fitness classes including reformer pilates, TRX and strength training, as well as monthly restorative treatments such as complimentary massages.

The food and drink offering has been developed with nutritionists and existing Maslow’s members. The all-day café menu focuses on ingredient-led dishes and functional drinks intended to support energy and concentration throughout the working day.

Guy Ivesha, founder and CEO of Maslow’s, says: “Kensington is a natural next chapter for Maslow’s - a place where our mission to create multi-use spaces that balance work, wellbeing and connection can flourish. With its sustainability credentials, design integrity, and vibrant energy, The Kensington Building perfectly embodies our values, creating an environment where professional performance and personal wellbeing exist in harmony. I can’t wait to introduce Maslow’s Kensington to our existing members and to welcome new members into the neighbourhood.”

Located near Kensington Gardens and the Design Museum, the property is directly connected to High Street Kensington station and close to Paddington Station, offering Elizabeth line access to Heathrow airport.

Sustainability is also central to the project. The Kensington Building holds a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and runs entirely on renewable electricity. According to Maslow’s, reusing the building’s existing structural frame reduced CO2 emissions by around 30% compared with a standard new-build development.

The company is also pursuing WELL certification for the site, which focuses on health and wellbeing standards in buildings.

The rise of members’ work clubs with integrated wellness programming reflects broader changes in professional culture since the pandemic, particularly among freelancers, entrepreneurs and creative industries seeking more social and experience-led alternatives to traditional offices.

Memberships at Maslow’s Kensington will start from £500 per month for house membership, while pricing for resident and study memberships will be available on request.
