Locke partners with Anthropologie for 'shoppable' suite
Extended-stay brand Locke has teamed up with Anthropologie to create a first-of-its-kind 'shoppable' suite experience in Lisbon, where guests can live among and purchase the room's curated furnishings and décor. Olivia Palamountain reports
Available to book exclusively via Locke from May 19 to September 30, the Locke x Anthropologie one-bedroom terrace suite at Locke de Santa Joana in Lisbon is decked out in signature Anthropologie style, with rich textures, earthy tones and artisanal details.
Guests enjoy a private terrace alongside a king-size bed, with soft furnishings, vibrant artworks and playful decorative pieces from Anthropologie found throughout.
The band's’s "Icon Juice Glasses", the "Micola" seafood range and plates from the Portuguese made ‘Jasper’ collection are available for guest use.Items available to purchase that can be seen in the suite include the "Clara" mirror, "Eleanor" striped glass candle holders, "Vela" jute rug and the "Lottie"outdoor side table. Aartworks include the Shrimps & Stripes by Misfitting, Leanne Simpson Peaches, East End Prints Sardines, and Positano Lunchtime by Sia Marche.

Last year, Anthropologie collaborated with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants to bring the Forgot It? We've Got It! Anthropologie Accessories Collection to properties across Europe.
The collection, which was originally launched in the UK and US, featured a spring edit showcasing accessories, including handbags, jewellery and sunglasses.
Guests at Kimpton hotels in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Mallorca, and across all UK properties had access to Anthropologie's virtual storefront of the items curated with Kimpton and could borrow seasonal accessories complimentary for the duration of their stay by scanning a QR code found in their room. Locke de Santa Joana is located in Lisbon’s vibrant centre, a stone’s throw from the city’s iconic boulevard, Avenida da Liberdade.
The group’s biggest hotel to date, comprising 370 apartments, hotel rooms, suites, and penthouses across nine floors, alongside social spaces including a co-working space, event & meeting spaces, a museum and a courtyard pool with sun terrace.
