As The Savoy begins a new chapter in its 135-year history, the hotel has introduced three new offerings: a bakery, a restaurant and a florist.

Scoff is a pastry shop dedicated to elaborate interpretations of the traditional scone.

These oversized creations come generously filled and topped with unique flavours including strawberries and cream, exotic fruit punch and tiramisu. Seasonal varieties will rotate throughout the year.Scoff at The SavoyNicolas Houchet, executive pastry chef at The Savoy, says: "It's been a lot of fun creating the offering for Scoff, and something entirely new for us as a team to come up with. Forget all you think you know about the humble scone. This is a new, revamped version featuring fun and unique flavour combinations, and a touch of Savoy flair. We can't wait to see what our guests think."Scoff at The SavoyThe scones are priced at £8.50 each, made in limited batches and brought out daily at 12.04 pm, with classic versions available on request.

Gallery, the hotel's new restaurant, has been designed as an all-day dining venue serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The menu pays homage to Auguste Escoffier, the legendary chef who worked at The Savoy when it opened 135 years ago, with dishes such as Sole tacos that incorporate flavours inspired by his famous Sole Veronique.

Other highlights from the all-day menu include Cornish tuna tataki and a charcoal grilled organic chicken tikka pie featuring premium produce from across the British Isles.

London-based studio BradyWilliams, led by Director Shayne Brady, created the interior design for Gallery, blending contemporary elements with the hotel's historic character.

The space features modern wall murals that respect the heritage wall panelling while depicting silhouettes of dancing figures – a reference to the couple who sparked the dinner dance craze of the early 1900s at the hotel.

Comfortable leather seating encourages guests to linger, while chandeliers and low-level table lighting create a warm atmosphere. A theatrical curtain drops behind the bar in the evening, signalling the transition to night-time dining and drinking.

The third new addition, The Florist at The Savoy, is led by creative floral design manager Belinda Bowles, who has overseen the hotel's floral creations for almost 15 years.

The boutique allows guests, visitors and London locals to purchase seasonal bouquets or request bespoke designs. Beyond flowers, The Florist offers a curated collection of gift items, including green velvet Christmas stockings, limited-edition Halcyon Days baubles, and gold candles in The Savoy's signature scent.
