The Nautilus Maldives has introduced a series of moonlit experiences designed to harness the energising and mood-boosting effects of lunar cycles throughout 2025. Olivia Palamountain reports

The Nautilus Maldives has unveiled a new "Full Moon" wellness programme centred around the transformative power of moonlight, featuring three distinct experiences for guests seeking restoration and renewal.

The resort's "Moonlit Renewal" sessions, timed to coincide with monthly full moons, combine Tibetan Singing Bowl therapy, ocean sounds and aromatherapy under the night sky, concluding with herbal tea ceremonies where participants can set intentions for personal growth.

For those seeking a more immersive experience, the resort has created three private full moon packages. The "Celestial Sandbank Escape" transports guests via private yacht to a moonlit sandbank for aromatherapy, crystal singing bowl therapy and dinner under the stars.  A 120-minute "Lunar Serenity Spa Ritual" includes a warm oil massage and Ayurvedic Shirodhara treatment, while the "Moonlit Beach Reverie" offers an hour-long aromatherapy massage with scalp treatment and crystal therapy on the beach.

Located in the Baa Atoll, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, The Nautilus is a boutique hideaway comprising 26 beach and ocean houses and residences. Each accommodation comes with a dedicated House Master providing butler service.

The resort features three restaurants and two bars, alongside the Solasta Spa, which offers bespoke wellness programmes, treatments, yoga, fitness and meditation classes.
