A Fijian private island is now up for grabs, complete with its own submarine and aircraft - a first in the luxury property market. Olivia Palamountain reports

Located in the heart of Fiji’s  Northern Lau Group is Kaibu Island, an 800-acre paradise that currently operates as a high-end retreat.

Currently on the market though Vladi Private Islands at US$79.5 million, the sale comes with a U-Boat Worx submersible and Twin Otter airplane under the "Ultimate Package".

The submarine will allow owners to explore the vibrant underwater world, while the aircraft provides seamless access from anywhere in the Pacific.Elsewhere, Kaibu Island features three beach-access villas, immaculate infrastructure, and top-tier amenities, including a private airstrip, marina jetty, and state-of-the-art energy systems.
