Nay Palad Farm, located in Sant Mateu d'Albarca in Ibiza's rural north-west, is the latest venture from Bobby Dekeyser, the former Bayern Munich goalkeeper and founder of furniture company Dedon.
The solar-powered estate features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms across a main finca building and separate guest house. Its extensive facilities include an 18m pool, natural pond, meditation and yoga yurt, outdoor gym, and floodlit sports facilities including football, volleyball, basketball and padel courts. There's also a Finnish infra-red sauna.
The estate's menagerie includes 25 alpacas, two horses, six donkeys, eight goats, ten sheep and several dogs, all managed by an on-site farm team. A vegetable garden and 15 resident hens support the property's farm-to-fork dining philosophy. Interior design emphasises natural materials, with whitewashed walls and polished concrete floors complemented by exposed Sabina beams and stone finishings.Social spaces include a central seating area divided by a double-sided fireplace, complete with billiards table and skylight adorned with hanging plants. The principal suite features a canopy-covered bed and en-suite with deep soak tub, plus an outdoor stone bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to a roof terrace offering panoramic views of the Ibizan countryside.Outdoor entertaining spaces include two alfresco kitchens - one with a barbecue and another with a pizza oven. Among the property's more unusual features is a four-poster bed positioned in the alpaca field, one of several viewing platforms across the estate.
The farm sits just 25 minutes from Ibiza airport and ten minutes from the coast, with the popular village of Santa Gertrudis eight minutes away by car.Nay Palad Farm is Dekeyser's second property in the collection, following Nay Palad Hideaway in the Philippines which reopened in June 2023 after extensive renovation. The Ibiza property began welcoming guests in June 2024, with buyout rates starting from €80,000 per week for up to 12 people.
