One&Only Resorts debuts custom homes in Mexico
Luxury hotel operator One&Only Resorts has ventured into custom home design with its latest development in Mexico's Riviera Nayarit. Olivia Palamountain reports
One&Only Resorts is offering its first-ever custom home design collaboration at Mandarina, a tropical resort destination on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit coast.
Developer RLH Properties has released ten mountaintop lots overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with prices starting at US$2.85 million.
The lots, ranging from 9,514 to 13,670 square feet, will allow buyers to work directly with One&Only and RLH Properties to design bespoke residences while maintaining the brand's signature aesthetic.
The homes will feature indoor-outdoor spaces, panoramic views and Mexican craftsmanship-inspired finishes. Unique features such as private fitness centers, offices and more can also be included.

Illustrated here are One&Only Mandarina Private Homes designed by Rick Joy (the architect behind Amangiri). While not custom homes, owners can draw inspiration from them, should they choose.
Owners will have access to Mandarina's resort amenities, including beach clubs, dining venues and the Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club. A Greg Norman-designed 10-hole golf course is set to open in 2025, featuring holes inspired by famous courses worldwide.
Located less than an hour north of Puerto Vallarta, the development already offers four- to ten-bedroom luxury homes priced between US$6 million and US$18.5 million. The new custom lots join Mandarina's expanding portfolio, which will include a Rosewood resort scheduled to open in 2025.
