A collection of five eco-friendly treehouses in the Perthshire woodlands is offering visitors the chance to escape modern life with a wifi-free autumnal retreat.

The Treehouses at Lanrick, situated on the banks of the River Teith within the Lanrick Estate, provide a secluded sanctuary just 45 minutes from both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The deluxe treehouses, each of which sleep two people with space for two additional guests on a sofa bed, has been designed as the perfect location for "leaf-peeping" embraced by the changing autumn colours. The Treehouses at LanrickSet within private woodlands, the area offers walking and biking trails, alongside opportunities for forest bathing in a minimalist sauna that integrates into the landscape, followed by a refreshing plunge pool. The Treehouses at Lanrick are run by husband and wife team Simon and Louisa Dickson, who also operate the nearby Treehouses at Leckie. Louisa, who has ten years' experience in hospitality, oversees daily operations including bookings and guest experiences, while Simon leads the design and construction through his bespoke company Mallett.
