TreeDwellers has launched a set of self-catered treehouses in the Cotswolds, creating a restful forest retreat in the UK.

Set within 1,700 acres of ancient woodland in Cornbury Park estate - close to the village of Chalbury, a 90-minute train journey from London -  the seven architecturally distinct treehouses are designed to blend with the surrounding forest.

Each treehouse is encased in timber, copper and glass, has a curvy design that feels conducive to its neighbouring natural environment, and is elevated three metres above the forest floor.

Other amenities include Sonos surround sound systems and tablets. The décor of each treehouse is modern and neutral, with large windows that frame the woodland scenes and bring the outside in.

TreeDwellers is also home the the UK’s first nine-metre twin-coned forest megaphone. The wooden structure has been hand-crafted to amplify the sounds of the forest. There is also an on-site yoga platform and pagoda that guests can use to immerse themselves in the wellbeing benefits of being in the forest, or to host magical woodland weddings.

The woodland has long been a sanctuary for me, and I am confident our guests will leave feeling relaxed, restored, and inspired.”
