Viceroy Hotels has launched an exclusive partnership with cult wellness brand The Class, offering guests complimentary streaming content and on-property wellness experiences across six properties worldwide. Olivia Palamountain reports

Viceroy has unveiled a global wellness partnership with The Class, a music-driven somatic practice founded by wellness expert Taryn Toomey and beloved by celebrities including Emma Stone.

Now in effect across six properties, the collaboration provides Viceroy guests with complimentary access to six bespoke video modules designed for travellers, including practices for jet lag recovery, tension relief and morning routines.

The content ranges from a three-minute introduction to a 40-minute morning practice, all filmed in New York with Toomey and her team.


Each session follows The Class method's five key elements: grounding warm-up, repetitive movement building strength through exercises such as squats and burpees, breathwork, optional sound release for emotional expression and restorative closing sequences.

The first event took place at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve in Portugal in May, coinciding with the launch of The Spa by Viceroy.
