Sunreef Yachts' new "NEXT Generation" design philosophy introduces significant improvements focused on enhancing the sailing experience of the Sunreef 80 catamaran.

Showcased for the first time during the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2025, expect a range of smart solutions and contemporary aesthetics, with plans to extend these features across other sailing models in the Sunreef range.

A standout feature of the Sunreef 80 NEXT is its reimagined aft cockpit with foldout platforms that, when used alongside the hydraulic aft platform, create an impressive 13.4-metre "private beach" area. This expanded outdoor space provides enhanced ocean views and additional relaxation areas.Sunreef 80 The enlarged cockpit also incorporates two extra lounge chairs, a garage for a jet ski and water toys, and direct galley access to improve service while maintaining guest privacy.

The Ocean Lounge has received a comprehensive update, featuring a redesigned dayhead, additional storage, a contemporary bar module, and a lounging zone with large sun pads equipped with a movable backrest that transforms them into a sofa. Other thoughtful details include lift-up chaise lounges, top-access shoe storage, and a more open aft section.

For the bow area, owners can now choose between reshaped trampolines for traditional sailing enthusiasts or large sun pads for those prioritising comfort, creating a versatile front terrace that accommodates different preferences.Sunreef 80The flybridge, one of the yacht's key features, offers four distinct layout options: a dining table for eight with an L-shaped sofa and gym area, a bar space, a jacuzzi with sun pad or freestanding sun pads – each designed to maximise outdoor enjoyment.

Interior improvements include a redesigned saloon layout with enhanced customisation options and hull cut-outs that increase natural light, strengthening the connection between the interior and the surrounding environment. The navigation station has been repositioned to the port side to optimise space utilisation and functionality.Sunreef 80Structural adjustments to the bulkheads have expanded the hulls, resulting in more spacious guest cabins and a master suite that now accommodates a freestanding bathtub. The crew quarters have also been enhanced, with the shifted bulkhead creating room for a more comfortable double crew cabin with twin beds.

Maintaining its commitment to environmental responsibility, Sunreef Yachts continues to offer eco-friendly materials throughout the yacht's design, demonstrating that luxury and sustainability can coexist.Sunreef 80Founded in 2002 by French entrepreneur Francis Lapp, Sunreef Yachts has grown to become a pioneer in the luxury catamaran market. The company operates shipyards in Gdansk, Poland and Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with a global network of sales offices. Its prestigious client base includes tennis superstar Rafael Nadal and Formula 1 champions Fernando Alonso.

Looking forward, Sunreef Yachts plans to refresh its entire sailing range with these forward-thinking design innovations, with more details expected to be announced soon.
