Ever since Four Seasons announced its entry into the cruise sector with Four Seasons Yachts, enthusiasts have eagerly awaited details on what the experience aboard the brand’s first yacht will entail. If the newly unveiled culinary offerings are any indication, it promises to be refined, immersive, and globally inspired.

Spanning three different restaurants, a cafe and seven bar concepts, passengers will be able to sample flavours and delicacies from across continents with menus designed by chefs, sommeliers and mixologists at various Four Seasons properties.

“Our restaurants and bars are the heartbeat of our hotels, and when we set sail in 2026, the same will be true aboard Four Seasons I, creating moments of connection, celebration and culinary excellence at sea,” says Alejandro Reynal, president and CEO of Four Seasons.

“Each offering has been thoughtfully designed to create a highly personalized experience, building on the success of our more than 600 restaurants and bars around the world, while introducing something entirely new.”

Though images have yet to be released, Four Seasons offers a vivid glimpse of the onboard dining experience in its latest announcement. Sedna, the yacht’s signature restaurant, will be adorned in rich emerald tones and host a rotating lineup of master chefs-in-residence, handpicked from the brand’s most celebrated restaurants worldwide. When a guest chef isn’t in residence, the restaurant will feature a modern French menu.

The yacht’s most exclusive dining venue, however, will be Miuna, a Japanese omakase-style restaurant with seating for just 16 guests. Here, diners will experience a curated multi-course menu, complemented by a selection of fine sakes and Japanese-inspired cocktails.

Adjacent to Sedna will be the Champagne and Caviar Bar, an intimate, adults-only venue where guests can indulge in rare caviar and Balik salmon, paired with Grand Cru and grower champagnes. Epicureans might also be found puffing away in the Arabic-inspired Cigar Lounge which, alongside fine cigars and rare spirits, will host a Premier Cru chocolate pairing experience.

For a more relaxed dining setting, guests can pull up a chair at Terrasse, a Mediterranean-inspired venue, which will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With an open kitchen and live culinary stations, guests can watch chefs in action as they prepare their meals.

This relaxed energy continues at Bar Piscine, a poolside venue that serves Mediterranean-inspired light bites and a playful cocktail menu. One of its most intriguing features is the Mobile Mojito Experience (photo below is illustrative), allowing guests to enjoy freshly crafted Mojitos anywhere on the pool deck, with ice hand-chiseled directly from the block for a touch of artistry and flair.Mojito

The yacht will also feature Marina Bar and Bar O Marina Bar, located at sea level, will only emerge when the yacht is anchored in calm waters, offering a perfect spot for watersports viewing by day and a peaceful retreat for stargazing by night. Bar O, the archetypal cocktail bar, will channel the golden age of air travel, complete with tableside mixology and glamorous interiors.

Throughout the day, the Salon will serve as a central gathering space, where guests can relax and enjoy à la carte breakfast options or a pre-dinner glass of wine. Afternoon tea will take place here, though guests craving something sweet can also indulge in pastries, gelatos, and other treats at the onboard café, Pistachio.

Come the evening, guests will undoubtedly flock to the Horizon Lounge where unobstructed ocean views will provide the backdrop to Golden Hour cocktails and Levantine small plates. Expect plenty of Instagram-worthy moments at this prime geotag.

And, if choosing between the 11 different F&B concepts is all too much, guests can of course resort to in-suite dining which will be available 24 hours a day.
