The UK’s first specialist in Northern Lights adventures, The Aurora Zone, has unveiled a new Arctic holiday portfolio called Aarre.
Meaning "treasure" in Finnish, Aarre is a collection of high-end escapes that offer personalised itineraries combining wilderness experiences with high-end accommodation and services.
"We are thrilled to unveil Aarre, our high-quality collection of Arctic holidays that offer a more luxurious experience for travellers seeking a tailored Arctic Lapland holiday with no limits on adventure, wellness or indulgence," says Amy Hope, managing director of The Aurora Zone."Aarre is exclusively tailored for travellers seeking more than a typical luxury escape and value a highly curated, transformative experience, blending the awe of nature with the sophistication and ease of a private getaway."
The collection features accommodation options including Sweden's Arctic Retreat and Finland's Treehouse Hotel. Experiences range from helicopter wilderness picnics to private chef services, while cultural activities include wilderness skills workshops, local baking classes and field trips focusing on Sami heritage.
Aarre provides personal guides who specialise in finding optimal Northern Lights viewing locations, with itineraries available across various Arctic destinations from city centres to remote wilderness areas.
Prices for the bespoke experiences are available upon request.
