Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som has introduced three new wellness bundles at its Qatar property, targeting pain relief, stress management and weight loss. Olivia Palamountain reports

Three new packages at Qatar's Zulal Wellness Resort have been released, designed to complement its existing retreats while focusing on specific health concerns.

The Pain Management Bundle integrates scientific and alternative healing methods, featuring TECAR Winback Therapy, which combines physiotherapy massage with radio wave therapy for injury recovery.

The package includes personalised wellness rehabilitation, chronic pain therapy using physiotherapy techniques, muscle ease massage with arnica oil, and expert-guided stretching sessions.

For mental wellbeing, the Stress Management Bundle offers Watsu therapy in lukewarm pools, traditional TAIM-inspired Al-Batin organ massage, heated stone treatments, craniosacral therapy, and pranayama breathing techniques. These treatments aim to promote relaxation and immune system enhancement.

The Weight Loss Bundle takes a sustainable approach to long-term weight management, incorporating infrared capsule sessions for detoxification, personalised training programmes, LPG Endermologie electronic massage, aqua aerobics, and traditional Arabic stomach massage for digestive health.

The resort offers two distinct experiences: Zulal Discovery for families and Zulal Serenity for adults only. Drawing on Chiva-Som's 29-year wellness expertise, programmes range from Therapeutic Cleanse to Stress Reset and Burnout Recovery.

Each bundle costs QAR2,100 (approximately £445) and can be added to any retreat. Three-night Zulal Serenity Retreats start from QAR16,200 (approximately £3,428) for two people sharing a Serenity Grand Deluxe Room, including three wellness cuisine meals daily, health consultations, personalised treatment programmes, wellness centre access and additional amenities.
