Nickelodeon Land at Antalya’s Land of Legends theme park immerses kids in their heroes’ worlds, from SpongeBob SquarePants to Dora the Explorer. Olivia Palamountain reports
Turkey first property by Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts is set to open in January 2025 in Antalya.
Located at The Land of Legends theme park, “Nickelodeon Land” will consist of three unique areas – the underwater Bikini Bottom from SpongeBob SquarePants, intergalactic Star Trek: Wild Galaxy, based on Star Trek: Prodigy and the open-air Adventure Bay PAW Patrol.
Across the new development, guests will experience wild experiences, from riding the giant Jellyfish Jam swing in Bikini Bottom, to experiencing an adventure through space in the Star Trek: Wild Galaxy 5D cinema and flying high in Skye’s Flyers helicopter-style ride.Kids will be able to “live out their own legend” and have the chance to expand and exercise their imagination with a range of interactive experiences with Nickelodeon friends, including meetings with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Dora the Explorer.Inside the hotel, bright colour scheme join exciting designs and child-friendly facilities including rooms have been specially designed in one of five concepts – Dora, PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Star Trek.The hotel will also feature character dining experiences, a kids’ club, and an outdoor pool area complete with Nickelodeon’s signature “Slime” feature.
For adult looking to escape the madness, the hotel will house the Anjana Spa, offering holistic therapies, massages, and a traditional Turkish Hammam, plus a gym with yoga and Pilates studios.This development is a collaboration between The Land of Legends and Paramount Global’s Nickelodeon,
The Land of Legends, already known for its adrenaline-inducing rides and attractions, including one of the world’s longest water slides, will now offer a more diverse range of entertainment options.The park’s existing features, such as nightly entertainment, shopping avenues, and innovative dining experiences, will complement the new Nickelodeon-themed attractions.
