The Home Collection from Onefinestay provides luxury house rentals with a concierge service for ‘medium-term’ stays. Rose Dykins reports
Luxury home rental brand Onefinestay has launched its Home Collection in New York, offering 16 luxury properties that can be rented for 30 nights or more – classed as “medium-term” rentals by the brand.
The new collection from Onefinestay is the first of its kind in the city. The hospitality brand is offering access to fully furnished private home with all utilities included, along with a concierge service and add-on services such as housekeeping, private chefs and at-home spa treatments.
Onefinestay’s new medium-term offering for New York aims to take the strain out of finding a home rental in the city. Customers benefit from a straightforward application process, and have the flexibility to extend or terminate their leases when they need to.
Typically, New York leases last for a minimum of six months with no flexibility. With its Home Collection, Onefinestay is placing no limit on the length of stay at its properties. What’s more, customer can opt to extend and rent the home per day after the initial 30-night booking.

The Home Collection features 16 one- to six-bedroom luxury properties ranging in price from £6,000 to £125,000 for a one-month stay. Options include Waverly Place, a six-bedroom home set within a 19th-century building, with vivid art pieces that complement the creative spirit of its West Village location, and a two-level roof deck with Empire State building views (from £122,400 for 30 nights).
Meanwhile. Richardson Street is a contemporary two-bedroom apartment overlooking the leafy streets of Park Slope, while also offering for terraces for enjoying views of the Manhattan skyline (from £23,310 for 30 nights).
Founded in 2010, Onefinestay offers offering flexible home-from-home solutions for luxury travellers in locations, such as mews houses in central London, villas in St Tropez or mountain chalets in Aspen.
With its characterful medium- and long-term high-end rentals, the brand also serves high net-worth individuals who are temporarily relocating. The introduction of its 30-night stays or more in New York further adds to Onefinestay’s medium term rental offering in Los Angeles.
