The Home Collection from Onefinestay provides luxury house rentals with a concierge service for ‘medium-term’ stays. Rose Dykins reports

Luxury home rental brand Onefinestay has launched its Home Collection in New York, offering 16 luxury properties that can be rented for 30 nights or more – classed as “medium-term” rentals by the brand.

The new collection from Onefinestay is the first of its kind in the city. The hospitality brand is offering access to fully furnished private home with all utilities included, along with a concierge service and add-on services such as housekeeping, private chefs and at-home spa treatments.

Onefinestay’s new medium-term offering for New York aims to take the strain out of finding a home rental in the city. Customers benefit from a straightforward application process, and have the flexibility to extend or terminate their leases when they need to.OnefinestayTypically, New York leases last for a minimum of six months with no flexibility. With its Home Collection, Onefinestay is placing no limit on the length of stay at its properties. What’s more, customer can opt to extend and rent the home per day after the initial 30-night booking.
