25hours Hotel Bangkok to open in Siam Square in 2029

September 18, 2026

Ennismore has signed the first 25hours Hotel in Thailand, with a 345-room Bangkok property set to open as part of a new mixed-use development in Siam Square.

25hours Hotel Bangkok will open in the first quarter of 2029, marking the brand’s debut in Thailand and a further expansion of Ennismore’s hotel portfolio across Asia.

The 345-room hotel will be located in Siam Square, one of Bangkok’s main shopping and entertainment districts. It will form part of CenTRal cENtrAL, a new mixed-use development from Thai real estate company Central Pattana.

The project will combine retail, offices, hotels and public spaces. The site is close to Chulalongkorn University and Siam Station, giving guests access to Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain network.

25hours Hotel Bangkok will take inspiration from its Siam Square location, which is known for independent shops, pop-ups and creative businesses. Its interiors will also reference the district’s Art Deco-influenced architecture.25 Hours CenTRal Bangkok 25 Hours CenTRal Bangkok 25 Hours CenTRal Bangkok

Ennismore says the design will combine analogue craft with elements of digital culture, reflecting the way the neighbourhood has changed over time. Each of the 345 guestrooms will feature art and design influenced by Bangkok and its urban identity.

Sylvain Pasdeloup, chief operations officer at Ennismore, says: “Bangkok is a city of contrasts, creativity and constant motion – exactly the kind of place where 25hours thrives. With this project, we’re creating more than a hotel; we’re shaping a living, breathing space where culture, community and creativity come together. It will reflect the spirit of Siam Square – a place for discovery, expression and exchange, while marking an exciting next step in the continued growth of Ennismore and 25hours Hotels across Asia.”25 Hours CenTRal Bangkok

The development is being created in partnership with Central Pattana, a subsidiary of Central Group. Founded in 1980, Central Pattana develops commercial and mixed-use projects across Thailand and South East Asia, with a portfolio spanning more than 45 destinations.

Its hotel business includes its own GO! Hotel brand alongside properties developed with operators including Centara, Hilton and Ascott. Central Pattana expects its hotel portfolio to reach 17 properties across Thailand by the end of 2026.

Phoom Chirathivat, head of hotels and alternative investments at Central Pattana, says: “Siam Square has always been a truly special part of Bangkok — a place where generations of Thai people have come together to discover, connect and express themselves. At Central Pattana, we believe in creating meaningful destinations that inspire people and contribute positively to the communities around them. We are delighted to partner with Ennismore to bring 25hours Hotels to this iconic neighbourhood, creating a new destination that celebrates the creativity, energy and unique character of Siam Square while welcoming guests from around the world.”

The signing of 25hours Hotel Bangkok continues the international expansion of 25hours Hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The brand develops hotels around individual concepts that take their cues from their locations rather than applying the same design to every property.

It also adds to Ennismore’s wider growth in Asia. The hospitality group was founded by Sharan Pasricha in 2011 and entered a joint venture with Accor in 2021, with Accor holding a majority stake.

As of the end of June 2026, Ennismore’s portfolio comprised 14 hotel brands, more than 190 hotels and over 150 properties in its development pipeline. The company operates in more than 40 countries.
