Long Lane is a DNA-centric wellness club and hotel

An extreme wellness-first private members club and hotel called Long Lane will open in West Sussex in summer 2026, tapping into the trend for mindful hospitality and health-maxxing.
Located near Midhurst in the South Downs National Park, about one hour from London, the alcohol-free property will combine biohacked accommodation, personalised nutrition and clinical wellness treatments within a 55-acre woodland setting.
Long Lane has been c0-founded by childhood friends and entrepreneurs Harrison Hide and Louie Blake, who say the project responds to rising levels of burnout and a growing interest in longevity-focused living. "Long Lane is about living unbound," says Hide. "We want to raise the standards of wellness in every element of hospitality, from the food on your plate to the way you sleep."
Biohacked bedrooms and forest cabins
The property will operate as both a hotel and a private members club, offering 30 guest rooms in total. Twenty bedrooms will be located in the main house, with a further 10 forest cabins designed to immerse guests in nature. The bedrooms have been built around sleep and recovery, with EightSleep mattresses, air filtration systems, organic materials and in-room wellness tech menus.
Minibars and television screens have been removed, replaced with products such as collagen shots, IV drips and red light wall panels intended to support rest and recovery.
The forest cabins extend this approach outdoors, with stays designed around circadian rhythms and daily light cycles. Interiors across the site have been developed in collaboration with wellness design studio SZE, using toxin-free materials and layouts intended to encourage calm, focus and connection. Shared spaces will include libraries, co-working areas and phone-free zones aimed at reducing distraction and encouraging conversation.
Clinical treatments and nature-based wellbeing
Wellbeing facilities sit at the centre of the Long Lane concept. The Coach House will act as a high-energy hub, offering a fully equipped gym, movement studios and contrast therapies alongside clinical treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy and IV drips. These services will be overseen by longevity expert Dr E Enayat and are designed to cater for a wide range of users, from Hyrox training to Pilates.
A second area known as The Farm will focus on slower, nature-based wellbeing. It will include a natural swimming pool, cold plunges, forest treatment pods and bathing spaces, alongside manual therapies delivered by visiting practitioners. Woodland walking and running tracks, daily wellness rituals and retreat-style programming will also form part of the experience.
Precision nutrition restaurant
Food and drink at Long Lane will be entirely alcohol-free. The property will house what it describes as the world's first precision nutrition restaurant, where biometric data is used to shape personalised menus. These will be built around seasonal, organic and regeneratively farmed produce, supported by ingredients from the site's own farm.
Dining will be paired with a tailored supplement menu based on individual needs, whilst adaptogenic drinks will be served from an Elixir Bar and onsite herbal distillery overseen by Farmacy London. Open-fire cooking and foraged ingredients will be used for some dining experiences, alongside kitchen gardens and farming workshops.
Private members club
Each member journey will begin with biometric testing and DNA methylation testing, which will be used to inform personalised programmes across nutrition, treatments and movement. Members will be able to track and adjust their plans through a dedicated app. Membership tiers will range from flexible access options to a fully inclusive membership unlocking the full spectrum of Long Lane's ecosystem. Monthly fees are expected to range from £100 to £500.
Room rates are expected to start from £350 to £400 per night. Long Lane is scheduled to open in summer 2026, with further images and renders due to be released later this year.
