Raffles London at the OWO has launched a 'high focus, high touch' training regime delivered by an array of elite performance coaches and practitioners. Jenny Southan reports

Raffles London at the OWO has introduced a new three-month wellbeing membership aimed at people seeking a focused reset of their physical and mental health. The "Transformation Programme" launched this month and is delivered by the hotel’s in-house wellness brand, Pillar Wellbeing, which was co-founded by celebrity personal trainer Harry Jameson.

The "high focus, high touch" proposition is structured as a 12-week plan combining personalised fitness training, recovery sessions and nutrition guidance. It is designed for high-net-worth individuals at any stage of their wellbeing journey, from beginners to those already following regular fitness routines who want more structure and accountability, with frequent one-to-one sessions and continued monitoring throughout.Raffles London/Pillar Wellbeing

Each participant begins with a Personal Wellbeing Assessment. This looks at weight and body composition, cardiovascular fitness and stress levels, alongside blood pressure checks to ensure it is safe to take part in all forms of exercise. Lifestyle questions are also used to build a picture of current habits and overall health. These measurements form the baseline for goal setting and are revisited during the programme to track progress.

Participants are then assigned a dedicated wellbeing mentor who acts as their main point of contact for the full three months. This mentor delivers most movement sessions and assessments and provides ongoing guidance.

One-to-one coaching sessions take place up to three times a week and may focus on either movement or recovery, depending on individual needs. Sessions are supported by a wider team of specialists including head performance coach Louis Walcott, professional boxing champion Oriance Lungu, yoga and sound healing practitioner Sharia Johnson, and Premier League physiotherapy expert, Erol Umut.Raffles London/Pillar Wellbeing

Alongside personal coaching, members can join a timetable of group classes. These include high-intensity interval training, boxing, yoga, Pilates and sound healing. A daily mobility programme is also provided to encourage consistent movement outside scheduled sessions.

Nutrition support is built into the programme, with consultations led by Pillar Wellbeing’s head of nutrition Stephanie de Chillaz. Additional sessions, and optional food and drink delivery, can be arranged at extra cost.

The programme also uses wearable technology to support long-term behaviour change. Each participant receives a Whoop health and activity tracker and a Freestyle Libre continuous glucose monitor. These tools are used to monitor sleep, activity, recovery and glucose levels during the programme and are kept by participants after the 12 weeks end.

Mental wellbeing is addressed through optional mental performance coaching with a Dr Vanessa Moulton, who previously worked with the Ministry of Defence's mental health team. Educational sessions are included to explain key wellbeing topics such as stress management, recovery and nutrition, with the aim of giving participants practical knowledge they can apply beyond the programme.Raffles London/Pillar Wellbeing

Throughout the three months, members have access to Raffles London’s wellness facilities, including the gym, sauna, steam room and 20-metre swimming pool. The hotel positions the "Transformation Programme" as an intensive but time-limited experience designed to establish sustainable habits rather than offer a quick fix.

The regime is available throughout the year from January 2026, with prices starting from £15,500 for the full 12 weeks. Participants can upgrade to an annual Pillar Wellbeing membership at the end of the programme if they wish.
