Maslow’s Kensington is a new working-wellness club designed to support productivity and wellbeing under one roof.

Launching in The Kensington Building on High Street Kensington next spring, the new club will combine shared workspaces, private studies and informal lounges to create an environment where people can move easily between focused work, conversation and rest.

Members will have access to rooms shaped for solo concentration or groups of up to forty, alongside a ground-floor living room for relaxed meetings. A boutique gym, daily studio classes and a series of adaptable meeting rooms will support members throughout the day, making the space feel closer to a neighbourhood hub than a traditional office. Maslow’s HouseAt the core of Maslow’s Kensington is the belief that work is more sustainable when it sits alongside meaningful breaks, movement and good nutrition. The club will introduce a modular wellbeing programme designed to fit the rhythm of the working day, offering strength training, TRX and reformer pilates led by in-house trainers. Monthly restorative sessions, including complimentary massages, will help members reset when the pace of work intensifies.

Nutrition is treated with equal care. A new café, developed with leading nutritionists and current members, will focus on ingredients chosen to maintain steady energy and clarity throughout the day. The flexible menu will allow members to tailor meals to their preferred macronutrient balance, supported by functional drinks designed for different moments from morning concentration to late-afternoon focus. Food can be ordered to desks, private studies and meeting rooms to minimise interruption.Maslow’s HouseMaslow’s Kensington sits in the heart of W8, close to Kensington Gardens, the Design Museum and the shops and cafés of Notting Hill. The new 30,000 sq ft space will follow the success of 1 Warwick in Soho and Mortimer House in Fitzrovia, marking the group’s third London location.

The club will also reflect Maslow’s commitment to sustainability and human-centric design. The Kensington Building has a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and runs entirely on renewable electricity. Its original structural frame has been retained, reducing carbon emissions by around 30% compared to a typical new-build. Maslow’s is pursuing a WELL certification for the new house to further support cognitive health and environmental standards.

By blending nourishing food, movement, restorative therapies and flexible workspaces, Maslow’s Kensington positions itself at the forefront of London’s working-wellness movement, offering a calmer and more supportive alternative to conventional office life.
