Working with BREEAM consultants, the development aims for a “Very Good” certification, ensuring that the majority of construction waste will be reused or recycled. This approach aligns with the growing expectation that even luxury mountain resorts should contribute positively to their natural surroundings.

Jean-François Delettre, managing director of Galata Group, describes the project as “a new generation of mountain hospitality,” combining winter sports, celebration and wellbeing. “Our ambition is simple,” he said. “To make the mountains come alive in new ways, for today’s travellers and those of tomorrow.”
