AI ‘Purchase Warrior’ promises to stealthily reshape hospitality procurement
With Purchase Warrior, triSaaS is bringing AI hospitality procurement into focus — using artificial intelligence not to replace people, but to make the everyday running of hotels simpler, faster and more efficient. Robbie Hodges reports
triSaaS, the Edinburgh-based software company specialising in hospitality operations, has launched Purchase Warrior, a next-generation digital platform designed to take the stress out of procurement. The new system brings every stage of the purchasing process into one streamlined, mobile-friendly space.
Purchase Warrior is an AI evolution of the procure-to-pay platforms already widely used in the hospitality sector. Unlike older systems that rely on manual data entry and static reporting, Purchase Warrior uses artificial intelligence to make the process faster and more intuitive. It learns from how individual businesses operate, offering real-time insights and predictive suggestions that help prevent overspending or stock shortages before they happen.
The ultimate goal of the AI hospitality tool is to help staff make smarter decisions in real time, whether that’s ordering in food and drink from suppliers or managing cleaning contracts and maintenance teams. Using live data, it can track what’s being spent and instantly spot trends so that teams can act quickly and stay in control of their costs. And, as with every AI system, the more it’s used, the smarter it becomes – learning from patterns and habits to offer tailored recommendations.
triSaaS is currently experiencing rapid growth, with its turnover expected to double in 2025 and its workforce already having doubled in the past year. The company continues to invest heavily in new products designed to help hospitality operators work smarter.
The company’s founder, William Gorol, describes this period as “a really exciting time” for both the business and the wider sector, as technology becomes a core part of how hotels and restaurants manage their day-to-day operations. But hospitality procurement is just one of many practical problems in the sector that triSaas hopes to solve.
The company's existing products include Logit, a digital checklist and compliance system used by more than 5,000 UK venues; Rota King, a platform for scheduling staff and managing wage costs; Contract Concierge, which tracks supplier contracts; and eSource Wizard, a tool for competitive tendering and sourcing.
