Gen Z searches for autumn trips have jumped 26% this year, representing a departure from traditional travel patterns, with younger demographics now taking longer international escapes whilst older Millennials favour shorter domestic trips.

Paris has emerged as the top trending autumn destination for Gen Z travellers, capitalising on reduced shoulder-season costs that make bucket-list destinations more accessible. The city's appeal is enhanced by numerous budget-conscious experiences priced under £80 per person, including pastry-making classes with professional chefs, vintage treasure hunting at Saint-Ouen Market and behind-the-scenes access to cabaret dance techniques.

The autumn travel surge extends beyond traditional European destinations, with young travellers pursuing what researchers describe as "affordable luxury" across diverse global locations.
