As caviar continues to trend on restaurant menus around the world (and on TikTok), Qatar Airways is introducing the luxury food to its business class offering. Normally this delicacy is only found in first class. (Qatar Airways already serves Imperial Beluga caviar in first class.)

The new caviar service can be enjoyed as a standalone option or part of the onboard meal courses. Passengers are presented with 15g of Baerii caviar from the Siberian sturgeon, which comes paired with Balik-style salmon, blinis and Melba toast, crème fraîche, chopped chives, chopped red onion and crumbled hard-boiled egg.

Starting with 13 routes, caviar lovers can now experience a caviar service onboard Qatar Airways business class between Doha and Boston, Dallas, Hong Kong, Houston, London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, New York, Paris, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Sydney and Washington.

Qatar Airways senior vice-president of product development and design, Xia Cai, says: “The introduction of caviar service, commonly available only in first class cabins, further elevates Qatar Airways’ award-winning business class experience. We are committed to continuously enhance our onboard services to elevate the industry’s standards and delight our passengers.”

Qatar Airways’ business class service also includes on-demand dining where passengers can dine at their preferred meal time.
