Dubai’s Aura Skypool has unveiled a new wellness schedule, offering visitors a chance to rejuvenate mind and body against the backdrop of the city’s skyline.

The programme, which runs every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, features a range of classes including Hot Vinyasa, a Hot Yoga and Ice Bath Workshop, and Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.

The highlight is an invigorating ice bath session led by a certified Wim Hof Instructor.
