The world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool now serves sky-high yoga classes and sound healing alongside sushi and city views. Olivia Palamountain reports
Dubai’s Aura Skypool has unveiled a new wellness schedule, offering visitors a chance to rejuvenate mind and body against the backdrop of the city’s skyline.
The programme, which runs every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, features a range of classes including Hot Vinyasa, a Hot Yoga and Ice Bath Workshop, and Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.
Prices for these experiences range from AED 180 (£37) to AED 475 (£98) per person.
Each session begins with a refreshing wellness shot, and participants are provided with an Aura Skypool mat and towel. Guests also receive a reusable Aura Skypool branded water bottle filled with infused water to take home.
The Yin Yoga and Sound Healing class is a one-hour session that targets deep connective tissues and concludes with a serene meditation using Tibetan and sound bowls.
Led by Aura Skypool’s resident wellness coach, the Hot Vinyasa class offers a more dynamic start to the weekend, caters to both seasoned yogis and newcomers, culminating with a free Aura smoothie.
The most comprehensive offering is the Hot Yoga and Ice Bath Workshop, available every Saturday at 6.30am. 
This transformative experience begins with a 45-minute Hot Vinyasa class, followed by breathwork and meditation.
The highlight is an invigorating ice bath session led by a certified Wim Hof Instructor. The workshop concludes with a balanced breakfast served in the lounge, featuring options such as Blueberry Acai Bowl and Miso Eggs Benedict.
Situated on the 50th floor of the Palm Tower, Aura Skypool – the world’s first and highest 360-degree infinity pool – opened its doors in 2021.
This innovative concept, brought to life by Sunset Hospitality Group, features a seamless swimming oasis surrounded by lush greenery and natural design elements.
While the new wellness experiences do not include access to swim in Aura Skypool’s infinity pool, participants are welcome to capture photos from the pool deck, offering a perfect opportunity to memorialise their elevated wellness journey.
